Attorney Ralph Goldberg, arguing an appeal of a tenant’s rights case Tuesday, asked the Georgia Court of Appeals court to decide whether the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act applies to Fair Housing violations.
Goldberg appealed his case after the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellees in the case.
