Here is what you can expect to see from our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system under "My Medical Record" in your ARC MyChart:
EMR Information Only: Information from the time you had your first appointment using our new EMR system.
EMR & Past Information
All non-sensitive normal test results are available to view on ARC MyChart within 1-3 business days of your doctor's office receiving the results. If you are an active ARC MyChart patient, your provider will communicate your non-sensitive normal lab results only through your MyChart record.
With MyChart, you can view most test results as soon as they become available. Know that you will likely see results before your healthcare provider has had a chance to review them. After your provider reviews your results, you might see additional comments and interpretation in MyChart.
Your provider is able to determine which types of test results are able to be accessed through MyChart. Further, tests of a very sensitive nature are not released to MyChart. Our providers will continue to communicate all abnormal lab results and results for sensitive lab tests over the phone.
You can view your hearing and vision results in the After Visit Summary (AVS) of the appointment. Navigate to Visits > Visit Summaries and click on the Appointment Date or Description to view the Appointment Details. You can download or send a summary of the visit by clicking on the appropriate icon in the Actions column.
Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor's office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.
You will generally receive an answer within 5 business days. Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your medical center if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On mobile, the account may also be accessed using face ID or fingerprint login. Unlike conventional email, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged in to our website or mobile app.
You can set up two-step verification to enhance the security of your account. In addition to using your username and password, you enter a code that is sent to you by email or text message to log in to MyChart. For more information, check out our helpful video on two-step verification.
You might receive email or text notifications that contain links to MyChart. These notifications allow you to log in to MyChart securely using a link that expires after a short time.
